Terms of Service

By installing or using the Looksmaxxing Streak iOS application ("App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. The provider

The App is operated by BinaryBears LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("we", "us"). Contact: info@binarybears.com.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscriptions and one-time purchases

The App is free to download. Some features ("Premium") require a paid subscription or one‑time purchase made through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions auto‑renew. When you purchase a Weekly, Monthly, or Annual subscription, it will renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then‑current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of each period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto‑renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings on your device.

Lifetime purchase is a single, non‑recurring payment that grants Premium access for as long as the App remains available on the App Store and is maintained by us.

Free trial (where offered). When a free trial is offered as part of a subscription, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Refunds. All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds.

The App provides general lifestyle, grooming, and self‑improvement content. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new skincare regimen, jaw/facial exercise, or posture‑correction routine, especially if you have any pre‑existing condition (including but not limited to TMJ disorders, neck/spine conditions, or skin conditions).

You use the App and follow any of its suggestions at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding aesthetic, physical, or other outcomes.

6. User-generated content

The App allows you to capture selfies for your personal progress tracking. This content is stored only on your device, is owned exclusively by you, and is never accessed or transmitted by us. You are solely responsible for the content you create.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including all of its content, design, code, brand, copy, and trademarks, is owned by BinaryBears LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on Apple Inc. (App Store, StoreKit, iOS) and RevenueCat, Inc. (subscription receipt validation). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BINARYBEARS LLC OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Subscription cancellation is handled through your Apple ID; termination of these Terms does not entitle you to a pro‑rated refund.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified via an in‑app notice on next launch. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer‑protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

14. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are entered into between you and BinaryBears LLC, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (where applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is a third‑party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
