Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Looksmaxxing Streak → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
All refunds are processed by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Looksmaxxing Streak purchase, and request a refund. Apple's review usually takes 24–48 hours.
I bought Lifetime — what does it cover?
Lifetime is a one‑time payment that grants Premium access for as long as the App remains available on the App Store and is maintained by BinaryBears LLC. No recurring charges.
I switched iPhone. How do I get my Premium back?
Open the App on the new device → Profile → Restore Purchases. Your Apple receipt is checked and Premium is reactivated.
The "Restore Purchases" button doesn't work.
1. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
2. Make sure you have an internet connection (the receipt check is the only operation that needs it).
3. If it still fails, email us with your Apple ID's purchase email (we don't see it, but Apple Support can match it).
Will I lose my streak if I switch device?
Yes — the App is 100% offline and there's no account system. Your streak, XP, completions, and selfies live exclusively on the original device. If you reinstall on the same device after deleting, the data is also gone. We recommend not deleting the App if you want to preserve your streak.
Can I export my selfies?
Yes. Tap any selfie in Progress → tap the share icon → "Save to Photos" or send via Messages/Mail.
I'm not seeing the Monthly plan.
The Monthly plan is currently available only in the United States and Singapore App Stores, due to Apple's regional availability of certain billing options. In other countries you'll see the equivalent annual commitment plan instead.
The App is crashing or behaving strangely.
1. Force‑quit the App (swipe up on the App preview from the App Switcher).
2. Restart your iPhone.
3. Make sure you're on the latest version (App Store → your profile → scroll down to pending updates).
4. As a last resort, Profile → "Reset All Data" wipes everything and starts fresh. This is irreversible — your streak and selfies will be gone.
5. If the crash persists, email us with the App version and a short repro.
How do I disable notifications?
iOS Settings → Notifications → Looksmaxxing Streak → toggle off. Or, inside the App: Profile → Notifications → toggle off.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. The App is offline‑first. The only data that ever leaves your device is your Apple subscription receipt, processed by RevenueCat for entitlement validation. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
